Alabama Avenue Community Development Corporation, Inc (AACDC) will utilize a market based community economic development model using local and regional markets to positively impact the economic, environmental, and social dimensions of the East of the River Corridors and surrounding areas in the District of Columbia and throughout the region.

Workforce Development

Target programs and policies that promote the mastery of new job-related knowledge, skills, access to employment opportunities and real jobs

Small Business Development

Assist in government compliance and increase efficiency, in order to provide employment opportunities for low income residents

To increase opportunities that will create more owners, managers, and producers of small businesses & increase neighborhood sustainability
