Welcome to the AACDC Web Site!

The Alabama Association of Community Development Corporations (AACDC) has been organized to provide support for new and seasoned CDCs and other non-profit groups. We are committed to providing support through training, planning, capacity building, and communication. Keeping with our commitment we have developed this web site to assist Alabama's CED industry with up to the minute information, training, conferences, policy changes, resource availability, and opportunities to network with like-minded organizations and individuals.

Through our planning efforts the AACDC decided to visit each of the four identified geographic areas, (Mountain Region, Gulf Shore Region, Wiregrass Region, and Blackbelt Region) by holding a Board and general membership meeting on a quarterly basis in one of the regions. Visit the site for details as to when and where the next on-site meeting will be held. Our training will also be distributed throughout the state in order to reach all of our members and potential members.

We invite each and everyone to join with us as we have a great opportunity to impact the State of Alabama through our non-profit efforts.
